Asychronous consult FAQ
How it work?
Simply complete and submit your questionaire.
One of our clinician will review your questionaire to see if medication is appropriate for your condition. If appropriate, medication will be sent to your selected pharmacy and you will be notified via Text. Simple as that. No need to speak or text with your doctor.
Pick up your prescription at the pharmacy.
How long does it take after completing the questionairre for medication to be sent?
Our clinicians review consults around the clock during normal and extended business hours 8am - 9pm PST. Please allow 1-2 hours after completing the questionairre for medication to be sent.
How do i know if my consult has been approved or if my medication has been sent?
You will receive a text message from AULAKH MD with updates.
Is the cost of medication included with consult fee?
NO cost of medication is not included in consult fee. Please call your local pharmacy for medication cost.
Do you take Insurance?
No we do not accept any insurances.
Can I use my insurance to pay for medication at the pharmacy?
If you have insurance, you may use it to cover the cost of medication
If i don't have insurance, do you provide saving cards to lower the cost of medication?
You may use Goodrx.com or singlecare.com for Savings card.
Do you provide Superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement
No we do not provide superbill or Form 1500 for insurance reimbursements.
What if my symptoms are not better after taking the medication?
If your symptoms do not improved with medication, we suggest you go to a nearest urgent care or seek care in person with your primary care doctor for evaluation.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged after physician has reviewed and approved your medication.
What do I do if i don't get a response from Aulakh MD in 3-4 hours after completing my questionairre?

Refund Policy
All sales for asynchronous consults for minor conditions are final. However, if we are unable to send the prescribed medication to the patient for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
